It’s a forum game, that’s what! Admins or mods can create fish catching rounds. The fishes will appear on the forum and users compete to catch as many as they can. The fish appear on recent discussions, posts and users pages. The caught fish can be placed by posters manually or randomly. When users decide to place the fish themselves, they are moved to a basket in the bottom right of the page and can be placed somewhere via drag-and-drop. If they don’t place the fish in time, it will be placed randomly. Users cannot catch a fish they have placed themselves until somebody else catches and releases it. The users will be able to change the name of the fish they caught before releasing it. There are no rules on the allowed names but please respect the forum rules when doing so. Happy fishing! EDIT: The drag and drop feature isn’t working currently- the fish can only be randomly placed.
