OP I hope you don’t mind me hijacking this thread with my own personal yoga journey that probably no-one is even reading or joining in, but it’s either this or taking up knitting, and I’m simply not prepared to do that.
Day 5’s video actually reminded me that while I was holed up in Hobart’s Winter, I binge-watched Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (from the genius of Tina Fey) on Netflix, as well as the movie Tracks, about a woman who walked alone across the Australian desert with a small team of camels.
Both very different genre’s, but both stories are about a woman’s journey - if you’re gonna make it, you’ve got to lighten your load - let go of anger - release the baggage. Both recommended titles on RichardParker’s own DIY Heal Thyself Lockdown Journey Covid19 Special (Trademark Pending).
While we’re stuck here at home, we can use this time to go on our own journey inward, and feel supported. xo
