Sauteed Tuscan cabbage …. Once it’s washed and largely drained, fry up lots of garlic in heavy based saucepan, once garlic is almost turning colour, add cabbage, stir stir stir, add salt and pepper, stir, cover till cooked (about 10 mins?) …. It’s surprisingly good.
Also, as per pps, I also do a mixed vegetable bake and also add Brussels sprouts, it’s not an obvious vegetable to bake but a very very tasty one, once baked. I’m also a big fan of roast carrots and parsnips.
