and not green onions/shallots, as I know these things have different names in different states, I’m in NSW.
They’re no more fiddly than a normal onion. They are sweeter than a normal onion and not quite as rough on ones mouth when eaten raw. The best quality ones I find come from asian/Vietnamese greengrocers so them out 👍👍
