I used to listen to the radio a lot while driving but that’s gone along with a socially acceptable dress code - I feel completely out of the loop. So what’s new? What do you have on repeat? Bonus points if it makes me cry or inspires me to do some housework.

Not a recent release (I think it was from 2019) but one of my favourite songs at the moment is July by Noah Cyrus (Miley’s little sister). Favourite new release at the moment is Let’s Go Home by Ella Henderson & Tom Grennan. For more of an upbeat song try Someone to You by Banners.

It’s not that new and it may not be your style but I love the Chicks (formerly Dixie Chicks) Gaslighter - it’s the singer’s divorce album from her cheating long term husband and father of her kids. Some really moving songs on there plus empowering cranky fuck you ones.
