Share all the kooky, funny, creepy, awesome things your kids say 🙂
Leaving the hospital and my nearly 2yo was waving at all the nurses and people in the waiting room and yelling out ‘Bye, bye’, she was so excited to be leaving 🙂 made me smile.
Carrying my kid out of Myer when she was about 3 kicking and screaming ‘put me down immediately!’ It was the ‘immediately’ that cracked me up! I don’t think we use that word very often?
My youngest DD had baby doll twins she named Lanky and Wanky. Other DD had one called Groceries.
Our 3 year old says ham instead of hand. “I need to wash my hams” “my hams are sticky” “can I hold your ham? ”
I want it to last forever (obviously not really) because she’s our last and already lost so many of those cute little mispronunciations.
My 7yo tells my 11yo she’s going to kill him in the night. That’s still cute yeah? 👀
Don’t worry - my 7yo told my 4yo to go jump off a cliff and die the other day, and when I pulled him up on it he said ‘I didn’t tell him to! I asked him if he wanted to!’ Uh huh… like that makes a difference. We can raise monsters together 🤷🏻♀️
I was sad when someone eventually corrected my youngest’s mispronunciation of toddler. He was so cute when he was 2 and adamantly exclaiming ‘I’m a toggler!’
When my now 15 year old was about 4, we were walking around Kmart and he kept saying “Mum I want a Sister, can you buy me a sister” . There was a older couple near by having a chuckle and saying he is so cute
Haha I had my highlights done l and pulled my hair into a ponytail to try keep it dry in the shower then when I got out DS 8 said omg mummy you look like a rich person who just got out of their hot tub 😂
That’s what you wanna hear.
Miss 3 after biting her brother VERY hard, all big blue eyes - “but I’m only 3, I don’t know what to do!”
Sure kid. You ain’t fooling anyone
DS says prawn instead of pawn in Chess and giraffes instead of draughts. I love it and don’t correct him since most of his mispronunciations are long gone.
I miss when all emergency vehicles were called “woo woo” (mummy it’s a woo woo!)
DS added a Touch ID identity to the iPad using his big toe.
He named it “Toe ID”.
