Anyone try it before?
I’m getting bored with my regular workouts. I spent years lifting weights then got into running and triathlon, but now I’m back studying and I don’t have the spare time to spend in the gym for 2 hours or spend my days biking and running. I’ve also gotten fat as hell but we’ll ignore that part 👀
So F45, is it worth the money? What were your results like, fitness-wise?
