I haven’t done the paid program but I’ve bought the books and followed the guide. I did a mix of their recipes and also entering the ratio of protein etc into MyFitnessPal and doing my own recipes. I lost weight and didn’t feel overly hungry (although not exactly full either). I stuck to the lower carb way of eating for quite some time, until I became mostly vegan. I still shy away from carb centric meals like pasta, rice, bread, though.
I didn’t really keep the weight off but I think that was life more than anything. First I changed jobs and was under a bit of stress and wasn’t exercising, that resulted in a couple kilos gain, then covid and lockdowns hit.
